76th.SESSION OF THE TECHNICAL COUNCIL FOR PLANNING AND PROGRAMMING FROM NATIONAL OCEANOGRAPHIC COMMITEE (CONA)

           
          On Friday May 14 , between 09:30 and 11:30 hours, was carried out in units of the Hydrographic and Oceanographic Service of the Navy (SHOA), the 76th Session of the Technical Council for Planning And Programming (CTPP) from National Oceanographic Comitee (CONA), an advisory body that recommends the most appropriate guidelines to be followed by the Committee. The session was chaired by Assistance Director of Service, Commander Juan Carlos Cuneo A. and was attended by the Executive Secretary of CONA Captain Don Fernando Mingram L., of the Chairmen of the Working Groups of the Committee and the representative of the Executive Committee of CIMAR.

          In the session after the Executive Secretary's report on the intersessional period, the chairmen were aware of the activities of the Working Groups from October 2009 to date, and reported on what was planned for this year and did a presentation about next research cruise CIMAR 16 Fjords and defined the agenda for the 124th Session of the Assembly to be held on May 28.
