In a ceremony presided over by the Commander in Chief of the Navy, Admiral Edmundo Gonzalez R. and was attended by members of the Naval High Command, former Directors and Officers Service specialists Navigation, Hydrographic and Oceanographic Service of the Navy, held on Friday April 30, hundred thirty-sixth anniversary since it was founded on May 1, 1874.
